Meditation What ?

> Tibetan Gong meditation <

--------------------------------

I started organizing 60 min Tibetan Gong meditation gatherings with my friends at evolve wellness in the garden
.

I got re introduced and re-discovered my almost child like interest in Tibetan Bells, singing bowls, again mainly through my partner John

Through his travel around the world as acupuncturist, he always comes back with these wonderful little experiences, and this is one of my favorites , the most magic one.

--------------------------------

The bells combined with  meditation just seemed to work for me in order to stay focused and calm when the work load and daily anxiety level rises to an all time high.

While working here in Los Angeles and traveling with thefree clinic to Nicaragua and Costa Ricaover over the last two years John taught me how through reiki, acupuncture and meditation, you can strengthenand maintain your overall well being and health. Just even the believe in it makes it happen. It's not about being a purist or preaching about
healthy lifestyle , it's about what you want it to be for yourself. A strong mind will help you to cope with any little discomfort you might have.

--------------------------------

Meditation simply re-sets your mind. It brings you slowly back in balance . It's very simple. At first it was not easy to do . Getting restless is part of it. Eventually we learn to surrender. It is quite nice to just sit there and just be , listening to the sound of the Tibetan bells.

--------------------------------

A small group, "community style", makes it even more endearing, reconnecting with old friends, just seeing them is rewarding.  So, the garden set-up and my experiences through our travel brought me back here, in the year of the rabbit, to share and embrace this. Try to find ways to use meditation almost every day , make it part of the daily routines and lifestyle . It's beautiful, it's a whole different attitude. -
